Project Introduction
国际护士执业水平考试（International Standards for Professional Nurses，以下简称ISPN）属于美国外国护理院校毕业生国际委员会（简称CGFNS）资格考试（CGFNS-Qualifying Exam）。ISPN考试2012年引入中国内地，旨在为国内护理专业人员和高端医疗机构引入先进的国际性护理人才测评标准和工具。
International Standards for Professional Nurses is a CGFNS-Qualifying Exam in the United States. In 2012, the ISPN examination was introduced to China mainland China, aiming to introduce advanced international nursing talent evaluation standards and tools for domestic nursing professionals and high-end medical institutions.
二、项目考试情况
Project Examination
（一）报名条件
Registration Requirements
1.ISPN考试报名对象需居住在中华人民共和国境内（含香港和澳门地区）；
ISPN examination applicants must reside within the territory of the People’s Republic of China, including Hong Kong and Macau;
2.国家正规批准护理院校毕业，且取得《中华人民共和国护士执业证书》者；
Graduates from nursing schools that are officially approved by the government and have obtained the Practicing Nurse Certificate of the People’s Republic of China;
3.国家正规批准护理院校的应届毕业生已通过护士执业考试但是尚未取得执业证书者。
Graduates from nursing schools officially approved by the government who have passed the practising nurse examination but have not yet obtained a certificate.
（二）考试形式
Examination Format
ISPN考试采取计算机考试形式，使用英语作答。题型为客观题，有多项选择题和选择性问答题。所有题型由考试专家设计以此评估考生的批判性思维能力和应用护理理论的能力以及实践操作能力。总题数共165道，考试时间3个小时，考试完毕后实时联网提交试卷。大约15个工作日出成绩。成绩查询及证书发放信息，考生可通过CGFNS官方网站及ISPN中国官方网站进行查询。考试满分为800分，通过的分数一般在411分左右。
The ISPN examination operated online and answers in English. The question type is objective, with multiple choice and selective answer questions. All question types are designed by experts to evaluate the candidate’s critical thinking, nursing theory applying, and practical operation abilities. The examination requires examinee to answer a total of 165 questions within 3 hours. When the examination is completed, the test papers are submitted online in real-time. The results will be released in approximately 15 working days. Score inquiry and certificate issuance information can be accessed by candidates through the CGFNS official website and the ISPN China official website. The maximum score for the examination is 800 points, and the passing score is generally around 411 points.
（三）考试范围
Examination Scope
主要是包括护理知识的四大领域——成人健康护理、儿童护理、心理健康护理和母婴护理。内容包括：
It mainly includes four major areas of nursing knowledge - adult health care, child care, mental health care, and maternal and child care. The contents are listed as follows:
1.病人护理的管理，实行安全有效的护理，避免在护理过程中发生病人伤害、医源性疾病和损伤；
Management of patient care, implementing safe and effective care to avoid patient injury, iatrogenic diseases, and injuries during the nursing process;
2.健康促进和维护，从病人需求出发，围绕人一生的持续生长发育和疾病的预防与早期治疗来进行；
Health promotion and maintenance, starting from patient needs, focusing on the continuous growth and development of individuals throughout their lives, as well as the prevention and early treatment of diseases;
3.从病人心理需求出发的护理，包括评估病人的心理健康和情感支持来源、病人对身体或精神损伤的调整、病人对感官刺激强弱的需求；
Nursing based on the psychological needs of patients, including evaluating the patient’s mental health and emotional support sources, adjusting for physical or mental injuries, and assessing the patient’s needs for sensory stimulation strength;
4.生理的完整性，侧重于病人身体系统的功能康复，包括呼吸系统、循环系统、泌尿系统、胃肠系统、神经系统、免疫系统、内分泌系统、生殖系统以及肌肉和骨骼系统。
考试还会涉及护理程序、照料、沟通交流和文件管理、教学等内容。
Physiological integrity focuses on the functional rehabilitation of the patient’s body system, including the respiratory system, circulatory system, urinary system, gastrointestinal system, nervous system, immune system, endocrine system, reproductive system, as well as muscle and skeletal system.
The examination will also involve nursing procedures, care, communication and document management, teaching, and other contents.
三、项目实施情况
Project Implementation
2012年益都卫校成为ISPN协作组织会员单位，会员编号012。
In 2012, Yidu Health School became a member of the ISPN Collaborative Organization, with member number 012.
2016年，我院柳佳良、徐娜娜、高青、范静波、张建、苗茂云六位教师获得P-ISPN师资培训合格证书。
In 2016, six teachers from our school, Liu Jialiang, Xu Nana, Gao Qing, Fan Jingbo, Zhang Jian, and Miao Maoyun, achieved the P-ISPN faulty certificate.

2017年，ISPN考察团一行5人，在CGFNS中国代表处首席代理廖海涛先生带领下，到我院实地考察交流。我院正式成为ISPN协作组织会员单位，会员编号0102。我院苗茂云老师考取ISPN资格证书。
In 2017, a 5-member ISPN inspection group, led by Mr. Liao Haitao, the Chief Agent of CGFNS China Representative Office, visited the institute for on-site inspection and exchange in our school. Then, Weifang Nursing Vocational College has officially become a member of the ISPN collaborative organization, with member number 0102. Miao Maoyun, a teacher from our school has obtained the ISPN qualification certificate.
2018年，我院被认定为ISPN考试考点，并开始承担考试任务。截至2020年11月，已经承担了四次考试任务。
In 2018, our school was accepted as an ISPN examination site and began to undertake examination tasks. As of November 2020, our site have undertaken examination for four times.

2021年，我院ISPN考点正式升级为ISPN考试潍坊护理职业学院考试中心，编号010。
In 2021, the ISPN examination site in our school was officially upgraded to the ISPN examination center of Weifang Nursing Vocational College, identified as number 010.
2021年，疫情期间，北京考点关闭，我院临危授命，承担北京考点工作，为北京、天津、河北、浙江、辽宁的考生，提供考试服务。
In 2021, during the pandemic, the Beijing examination center was closed. Our school took on the work of the Beijing examination center in times of crisis, providing examination services for examinee from Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Zhejiang, and Liaoning.
